As a creative professional offering custom video production, photography, editing, and design services, each project is tailored to meet your specific needs. Because of the personalized and time-intensive nature of this work, refunds are generally not provided once a project has begun.

However, I understand that clear communication and mutual satisfaction are key to a successful collaboration. Therefore, please review the following policy regarding refunds:

1. Custom Services

All services offered — including but not limited to video shooting, photo sessions, post-production edits, color grading, and graphic design — are custom and project-based. Once the work begins, time and resources are committed specifically to your project.

 

2. Refund Eligibility

  • A full or partial refund may be considered only if the project has not yet started or if an unavoidable circumstance prevents the project from being completed.

  • If a deposit was paid and no work has commenced, a partial refund (minus administrative costs) can be issued upon written request.

  • No refunds will be issued for completed services or after project delivery.

3. Revisions and Satisfaction

  • Minor revisions are included in most service agreements. If you're not fully satisfied with the result, I encourage open communication to resolve concerns through revisions rather than refunds.

  • Please note that revisions do not equate to a full redo of the project unless otherwise agreed upon.

 

4. Cancellation Policy

  • If you need to cancel a project, please notify me as early as possible. Depending on the progress and time invested, a partial refund may be considered at my discretion.
