Refund Policy

Thank you for working with Ugur TALAY. I take pride in providing creative services tailored to each client’s unique needs. Because the nature of my work involves custom, time-intensive deliverables, I have outlined the following refund policy for transparency.

1. Custom Work Is Non-Refundable

All services provided — including video production, photography, editing, color grading, and design — are custom and project-based. Once work has commenced, refunds will generally not be issued due to the time and resources already invested.

2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

The project has not yet started and no resources have been allocated

A clear and unavoidable issue prevents the delivery of the agreed-upon service

The cancellation is made within of booking and before any planning or preparation has begun

In such cases, partial refunds (minus any administrative or consultation fees) may be issued at my discretion.

 

3. Revisions Instead of Refunds

 

My goal is client satisfaction. If you’re unhappy with a result, I encourage you to request revisions — many of my services include a set number of revisions. This allows us to refine the final product to better match your expectations rather than cancelling the service outright.

 

4. No Refunds After Delivery

 

Once final files have been delivered (whether they are videos, photos, designs, or other digital assets), no refunds will be offered.
